Returning vendors must apply by December 1st to be considered for the 2026 show.

A 50% deposit of the booth fee is required at the time of contract signing and must be paid via credit card.

The remaining balance and proof of insurance are due by June 1st. Failure to submit final payment and a valid certificate of insurance by this deadline will result in forfeiture of the booth without a refund.

  • Vendor Participation at Cheyenne Frontier Days™
