Booth Displays & Appearance
Exhibitors are responsible for assembling their own booth setup or arranging to rent pipe and drape through a decorating company. Sidewalls may not exceed 4' in height, starting at the front of the booth and extending back the first five (5) feet. Any display that obstructs neighboring booths will need to be adjusted. This rule also applies to end cap booths unless special permission has been granted.
Note: Under the B-Stand area, height restrictions may apply. If your display requires a specific height, please indicate this clearly in advance.
All signage must appear professional; handwritten signs are not permitted. Booths should incorporate professional display elements such as carpeting, plants, shelving, and other decorative accents. Western-themed décor and backdrops are encouraged. All tables must be professionally covered and draped to the floor.
Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own pipe and drape. Additional items such as tables, chairs, carpet, weights, and barrels may be rented from a decorating company.
All exhibits must remain within the established floor markings. Do not exceed your allotted space.
