The 2026 event runs Friday, July 17 – Sunday, July 26, 2026.

We are seeking talented entertainers for the following venues:

Buckin’ A Saloon and Dance Hall

The Buckin’ A Saloon is a 21-and-over bar and dance hall located on the carnival midway, drawing between 500 and 1,000 guests each night during Cheyenne Frontier Days. We’re seeking seasoned, high-energy country road bands with the talent and stage presence to keep the dance floor packed. We are looking for either one band to perform all nine nights or two bands to alternate, each playing four to five consecutive nights.

• Dates: July 17–25, 2026
• Times: 6:00–8:00 PM & 10:00 PM–12:00 AM (two sets nightly)
• Sound/Lighting provided by CFD
• Compensation: $1,500 per night + hotel accommodations for non-local bands

Beer Garden Stage

The CFD Beer Garden Stage is located just south of the Exhibit Hall, near the main entrance on the midway. This family-friendly venue welcomes visitors of all ages and features a full-service bar offering a variety of malt beverages and spirits. We’re seeking solo artists or duos who can engage and entertain our guests with a mix of well-known cover songs and a select number of original pieces.

• Dates: July 17–26, 2026
• Times: 3:00–4:30 PM or 5:00–8:00 PM
• Two acts nightly
• Sound provided by CFD
• Compensation: Based on experience

Sidewinder Stage

The Sidewinder Stage is located in Old Frontier Town on the east side of Frontier Park. As the most intimate stage on the grounds, it features a unique grain bin bar serving a variety of malt beverages. We’re seeking solo artists or duos who primarily perform country music and can entertain our guests with a mix of popular cover songs and a select number of original tunes.

• Dates: July 17–26, 2026
• Times: 4:00–5:30 PM or 5:45–7:15 PM
• Two acts nightly
• Sound provided by CFD
• Compensation: Based on experience
