Group Rodeo Reservation Request

Please submit this form for Group Rodeo Reservations. Reservation fulfillment will begin at the time of on sale. Groups will be placed in the available seating to accommodate your group size and needs. If you are needing special accommodations, please state that in the section below.

• Group Tickets are not available for behind the chutes seating or on Final Sunday.
• All group tickets are printed tickets and will be placed in Will Call.
• Orders less than $1000 - Deposit $100 due within 48 hours of reservation via payment link.
  Orders over $1000 - Deposit $250 due within 48 hours of reservation via payment link.
• Balance must be paid within 60 days of initial invoice date.
• There are no payment extensions, or delayed payment plans.
• Group tickets are discounted and cannot be resold.
• Group Reservations will not be filled after May 31, 2026.

* If changes are made prior to the final payment that reduce the group size to 14 or fewer attendees, the group will no longer be eligible for the group discount or comp tickets, and tickets will revert to the regular Adult Ticket price.*

GROUP RESERVATION POLICIES & GUIDELINES

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges will be made once final payment is received.
• You will not chargeback any unused tickets, as all sales are final.
• Group Tickets are printed tickets and an only be picked up by the Group Leader or responsible party on file, with a valid state issued ID. 
• Group Tickets are discounted tickets and cannot be resold.
• Deposits are required within 48 hours to secure this reservation. Failure to provide the deposit will result in the release of group reservation.
