Media credentials will not be issued via email. All requests must be submitted through this application. Before completing the form, please review the Media Guidelines and Policies below.

NIGHTSHOW POLICY

Frontier Nights Concert coverage requires prior approval from the artist’s management and/or publicist. Requests must be submitted via the Media Credential Request Form by June 30. The PR Media Committee will provide a list of approved media, artist restrictions, and any additional requirements (often limited to the first two to three songs) one or two days prior to the show.

Approval or denial of media credentials will be communicated in a separate email.Receipt of media credentials in prior years does not guarantee approval for the current year. Cheyenne Frontier Days reserves the sole discretion to approve or deny all media credential requests, and all decisions are final.
